Hi all!! It has been a while since I have blogged about my endeavors as an intern, but that does not mean I have not been enjoying my time! :D Last Saturday at Fresno State, they had their annual Fig Fest, and we got to shoot the cooking demonstration with Albert Hernandez from Foodie TV and Celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani (I hope I spelled his name right). It was a very hot day with the 102 degree weather, but it was still a lot of fun! Despite what the weather may be, I always enjoy my time on a shoot or in the studio editing/working on graphic designs and having our discussions for what will be going on that day and the rest of the week. While at Fig Fest, I was able to work behind the camera and shoot what the chefs were cooking that day. It was fun! I LOVE having the opportunity to work behind the camera! We were out there since 630 in the morning til about 2pm, and it did not seem like it we were out there for over seven hours. Even though we were sweating like crazy, we all had fun being out there. :)
