Well, it's been quite a while since I've posted something... I have been working with Tom McCurrie, my screenwriting mentor on getting notes for my project synopsis. We went over many ideas, most of which revolve around my protagonist having a more specific central conflict. It has been fascinating to see how my original concept has kind of morphed into something different.  I have really been trying to focus on how the story will show instead of just tell itself. I want it to portray a sense of realism almost as a mirror reflecting our current society, but I don't want it to come off overly critical but rather inspirational. 

I have a lot of input I am working with and am trying to incorporate what I've learned from Tom and the school curriculum. It is difficult as my work schedule and social life are busy, but Im excited to have a finalized story. I'm appreciating these learning experiences as they prepare me for more challanging times ahead.
