This week I worked on a commercial for aerial filming. We shot with a camera mounted on a hexacopter. At the same time we were filming the operator and some B-roll. The main challenge was to plan the shot ahead to maximize flying time and get the best footage possible. We shot all over the city and ended up with about 40 minutes of footage.
Then, I put together a 2:30 mins video showcasing the capability of the technology.
